A 403 error means that you have tried to access that part of my website that is not open to the public. I know that you didn’t want to o there, this must have been a mix-up.
Things you can try to get unstuck include:
• (the obvious) check that the URL is correct
• clear your browser’s cache (google it if you don’t know how to do it)
• clear your browser’s cookies (same as above, google it).
