About me

I make audio that sounds unmistakably like me — and I teach others to do the same.

[Download portfolio / Listen to my work]

My work sits at the intersection of sound, memory, and place: immersive narratives, sound fiction, documentary, and experience design. I talk to strangers, I'm partial to unreliable narrators, and I'm interested in what sound does to a room, a memory, a body.

I'm indigenous of Sardinia — an island with unreliable connections that pushed me to leave early. Ten years in Germany, over twenty in Australia, then back. Moving through countries and cultures, I became intrigued by how memories shape every new place we visit, and how sound shapes memory in return.

I work independently and in collaboration with fellow creators worldwide, including Phoebe McIndoe's Small Audio Art, Stuart Fowkes' Cities and Memory, Sarah Geis' Audio Playground, Radio Papesse, and All The Best / FBI Radio Australia.

Recent recognitions include the Leipziger Hörspielsommer 2024 for My Non Arrival, the MemoRAS Contest 2024 for Su Tempiesu, the Transom Small, Random, and Meaningful 2023 for Every Library In My Life, and two consecutive Audience Award runner-up places at the UK International Audio Drama Festival (20222023).

You can reach me by email, voice message, homing pigeon, or smoke signal.
